The meeting just talked about compliance and announced some awards like Thomas Morstead getting 1st team all conference as a punter...

Did he say specifically that he had a bowl game left or was still coaching?

So we're narrowed down to one of the 3000 coaches going to a bowl. We're not even sure it's a head coach, but I like "coach going to a bowl this year" in our description I think. Just please, please, please don't let it be Greg Davis.

If they are waiting until after the bowls game (whenever that is) to hire or announce the hire you can forget about recruiting this year.

So what was the hurry in firing PB? Obviously other schools had no qualms about contacting other coaches while their coaches were still "employed".

Please note the snipe hunt continues....

"still coaching" is much different than "going to a bowl game."

If it is "still coaching," the person just might be in the NFL right now.

"follow the money" e.g. report is 1.5 to 1..8 million. Nutt wouldn't come here for that cause he can get more elsewhere. Gailey however made. 1 to 1.2 million. I'll let the Sherlock Holmeses on this board get on the trail.[/list]
