Position Coaches

Postby expony18 » Wed Nov 28, 2007 3:10 pm

guys who i think should get a shot at being position coaches, feel free to add who you like:

LB- Brian Gamble
coached at Houston last few years, not sure what he is doing now, his Dad is Lucky Gamble a Texas High School coach. Extremely football smart, and would be great for recruiting.

or Dat Nguyen (too many reasons to mention why he would be great)

Disclaimer (I know everyone is going to say not another A&M coach, but these guys would be great to be our LB coach, they were the strong spot of A&M's defense when they were known as the wrecking crew:

or Vic, I have to throw his name in there, unlikely since he already has a job, and appears to be doing a damn good job at it!

DB/Special Teams- Curits Fuller

TCU Safety (same year as LT), drafted in the 4th round of 2001 draft. Currently the Quality COntrol and Special Teams Coach with the Raiders. He's a DFW guy, coached at all levels high school, college, and Pro. I also think that one day this guy will be a head coach whether it is pro or college, very spiritual guy, ask anybody who knows and you will hear nothing but praises...

This is a great article on why i think he would be a great fit at SMU

As long as Eric Roark is not the special teams coach it is an improvement
Michael Jordan plays ball. Charles Manson kills people. I talk.
