Mens Soccer
If this C-USA thing goes through, will our mens soccer team make the move or stay in the mvc. By my caluclations there will only be 4 teams left after the shakeout in C-USA. Us and Tulsa would make it 6, but if the Florida school leaves it would be 5. Is that enough teams for a decent conference?
Re: Mens Soccer
You raise a good point. I'm not sure if soccer would go into C-USA or not, because the men's soccer program always has operated as its own entity. I don't imagine C-USA is worth much as a conference. Especially if St. Louis leaves, as many have speculated.

Re: Mens Soccer
I would think Tulsa and SMU would stay in the MVC. Women's soccer would go to CUSA.
Re: Mens Soccer
Is women's soccer good in C-USA?
Re: Mens Soccer
No, not really. None of the teams that will be left behind have ever made the NCAA tournament, and Cincinnatti is the only C-USA team to win a tourney game. The TCU women are currently in first place. We beat TCU 4-2 earlier this year, and lead the all time series with the Froglettes, 31-0-1.Originally posted by Vitale:

Not that the WAC is any great shakes, either. I think Fresno is the only other current WAC team to make the tourney. C-USA will probably be a lateral move as far as the ladies are concerned.
The men will have to stay in the MVC, and perhaps UAB will join us there.
You are all sheep.
