Tommy Tuberville played golf with Warren Stephens and Bill Montgomery at Alotian earlier this week. Jerry Jones and Warren are putting up big money to get Tommy here. Deal wasn├â┬ó├óΓÇÜ┬¼├óΓÇ₧┬ót announced yesterday because of Cowboy├â┬ó├óΓÇÜ┬¼├óΓÇ₧┬ós game last night. Press conference later today. Stephen├â┬ó├óΓÇÜ┬¼├óΓÇ₧┬ós guys are working to button up the deal. 10 year contract worth between $30 and $35 mm.

Contrary to what you think, there are a lot of people here on this board with Arkansas connections who are interested in this story. Count me in as one of those.

And if you want the coaching rumor mill on this board to stick with only SMU, then your perception is incorrect.

I think it would be a great thing for the Razobacks to get Tuberville. He would have command of that state and not compete against the Tide. Good luck to new AD Jeff Long landing him.

Jerry is using early stadium seat option money for this.

I had some skybox tickets for alltel arena in arkansas, and my buddies wife called and asked if I could get hannah montana tickets for her. I had no idea it was the most popular thing ever.

It got to me so I went over to Kroger and put money in the Salvation Army kettle and actually felt better about the situation..........

I wouldn't know for sure due to the fact that my alotian membership is not finished yet....but I did hear it from a top arkansas booster.

This all happened before Miles announcement to Michigan.... kind of shakes everything up.
