When Mustang Club contributions bite you in the [deleted]

This year, as with all years, the amount of $ we gave to the Mustang Club was greater than the amount we gave to LSU's Tiger Athletic Foundation. This year, as with most years, LSU season ticket holders mailed in request for postseason tickets a few weeks ago. This year, as with all years, postseason tickets were given away in a weighted lottery based on a number of things, one of which is $ given. This year, for the first time, we didn't get SEC championship tickets. The lower the number in the priority ranking, the less likely it is that you won't get tickets. My priority ranking: 4809. Level it needed to be: less than 4531.

Alas, at least we 'Ponied Up,' and we get to observe this fascinating, ongoing search for the "best available head coach in America!"

We'll see what the outcome is for when bowl game/BCS tickets get distributed.
