Okay so check this out, the whole sports centre including the LEC was closed to all at 1730 due to some electrical tests they were planning to run - apparently, these tests required everybody out of the building because the emergency lighting and elevators could stop working at any random time. The conspiracy theory in the athletics department apparently, is that the new coach is coming around and there in fact, is no electrical testing after all. Now, they moved all LEC tutoring to Dedman for today so that kinda tells you how serious they are about this 'testing'. SO those stadium lights could be on because of 'testing' too but seriously...
Sounds like they could have been testing the emergency power systems in the building, such as the backup generator or to check for proper emergency egress lighting. If this is the case, at some point you would probably see a large portion of the stadium lights turn off for a period of time.
Re: WOW
It is very feasible, but it wouldn't make sense for them to do it now during finals, when they could easily wait for the Christmas break.
Re: WOW
had to get it done before the TCU game on wednesday. which reminds me, i hope EVERYONE is there on Wednesday. let's show any football coaching candidate that we can support our teams if they win. Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally
