Right over by the people like you who sit on their rear end all game not making any noise or having any enthusiasm. Cheering is the past-time of the proletariat right?

Great, so we can hold you personally responsible for blowing Kragthorpe because you chose to spread this instead of keeping your damn mouth shut. And when it spread to the Louisville people, it mushroomed from there.

Nice work.

There are times to not run to the board and disclose everything you are told.

Not really, Einstein..you were questioning my post, I'd say I was was pretty right on, and I did not stalk an airplane or scale a drain pipe.

By all accounts, Steve-O never went to Louisville, and Krag refuted that rumor pretty vehimently. Not only that, he's in the first year of a big-bucks deal that he got from the Louisville AD who happens to be a close friend of his. He was never coming here, so there was nothing "solid" about that rumor at all. Wild speculation by fans hungry for a coach - just like this Johnson talk.
"It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses."
...
"Hit it."

Until yesterday, we were about the only fan base in the country that didn't do these things. Welcome to the big time. This whole search has been great for the SMU football community, unless we completely drop the ball.
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.”- Jalen Jones

I fear us hiring a coordinator or some other disappointing selection. It'll absolutely kill all this building interest after this much hype.
