According to the New York Times, Oregon quarterback Dennis Dixon was doing his post-graduate work in billiards. No, I'm not kidding. That's a class. His only one, in fact.
After this and the Lienart senior year filled only with Ballroom Dancing, you have got to respect the Pac-10.
Maybe with this model we could compete, huh Stallion?

Reported this over a month ago - Was also noted by other users that Leinart's only class in 2005 was ball room dancing

Who was the old Bills/Chargers RB who played at Iowa? Ronnie Harmon or something?
I remember reading a story about him in which he said he wasn't "coasting" and claimed he had to take "as many hours as every other student." His class list included "billiards theory" (more advanced than Dixon's class?), bowling, "basketball theory" (quite the scholar) and something with a pseudo-agricultural name that sounded as if it basically boiled down to "mowing lawns" or something like that.
Kind of hard to believe the Ivy League schools let him slip through their fingers.

If I had stayed for a 5th year at SMU, I would've taken Table Tennis.

I don't know billiards theory sounds a lot like physics to me.

As long as we are coming clean, I did take Badmitton (along with other real classes), and the best part was Dale Hellestrae was taking the class as well. The kicker to this story being that it was 5-6 years after he was drafted by the NFL.

Survey of Television and Hong Kong Cinema are the ones on my SMU transcript that I am most proud of.

History of Science Fiction & Western Movies. best class ever.
filled the geeky sci-fi need and also gave some serious walking around info for a tough talk about weather John Ford or Sergio Leone was the best western director ever.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

Actually, I took figure drawing (female nude models and I was the only guy in the class) and folk dancing (once again, I was the only guy in the class!) Either one of those classes would draw recruits I would think.
