No demotion or laterral move for someone who is not coaching..someone at a less "prestigious" school v. SMU...I think we are scrambling to find the right guy, hope I am wrong.

It seems very odd. We were talking to some friends the other day and trying to imagine hopping in the car for an afternoon of skiing.

Not sure how it would work given we have 100+ degree summers. If there was going to be skiing in the DFW area I would have thought it would have been like this.
