Orsini isn't done moving the SS SMU
- SMU was on a sand barge for years
- Pye cleared it to float in the bay
- Copeland (at least it occured under his command) made structural changes while in dry dock
- Orsini came in and has ordered that a more powerful engine be installed
- Rumor persists that a new "Wave Motion" gun may be installed as well
- Though scary, Orsini wants to head to the high seas and test his wares against all of the other big ships, and we need a capable captain
