Navy season ticket sales

Postby SMU Football Blog » Thu Dec 06, 2007 11:14 am

I read this on the Navy board.

A very simple analysis might be season tickets. NMCMS sold 5,000 when PJ got here, and sold 22,000 last year.

Winning sells tickets. I would be thrilled if that happens to SMU.

Can you imagine 22,000 season ticket holders? Hell we might even have a 50/50 advantage when Tech comes to town.

They'd probably deck the visitor's side first.

I see no reason the upsurge in season tickets at Navy gives us cause to close in our stadium.

So long as there are no more fireworks, that would be great. Hey, maybe that is what is giving PJ pause about coming here, because didn't he witness first hand the "Inferno at the Ford" back in 2002?
