I think if Oregon was playing in the BCS title game, Dixon would have been the overwhelming choice.

As for Felix Jones outrushing McFadden, that's fine. I think McFadden still rushed for about 1,700 yards and he tore through South Carolina on ESPN and played awesome against Alabama on national TV.

As for Tebow, he was a stud because he is a great rushing quarterback and very talented, but he imploded against LSU, didn't beat Georgia and was very average against Auburn.

i agree with you on dixon. he would have been the runaway winner if he would have stayed healthy and led his team to the BCS championship

Should be. Oregon's offense became extraordinarily ordinary after he got hurt.

He should. I just hope the voters don't look past him because he is a soph.

I think you are right. Almost insurmountably against him.

I think i would vote McFadden or Dixon because I dont like the idea of a soph winning, sorry Timmy. On another note, Dallas Griffin of Texas won the academic heisman, the Draddy Trophy, this week. He was their starting center but tore his ACL in the game against Okla State.

4.0 in 6 out of 8 semesters is pretty solid - better than I ever did.

ESPN is making a pretty solid case for McFadden right now. I think he will probably win tonight

McFadden had some badly bruised ribs he played through during the middle of the season. That probably hurt him enough (pun intended) to cost him the Heisman. He is as good as I have seen since ED.
