Fire a proven winner is not a great way to attract a new coach. It indicates to the coach that no matter what he does, he will be fired. The ultimate lose-lose situation.
I agree and they have to live with the outcome. We on the other hand are probably guilty of putting the hopes of our program on the signing of Paul Johnson. He made it very evident in his statement yesterday that he never seriously considered any job other than GT. Orsini didn't accurately gage his level of interest and that jet should have never landed in Baltimore.
