I noticed the Rivals "Coaching Carousel"

Postby BRStang » Tue Dec 11, 2007 2:16 pm

has removed Terry Bowden's name from our list. Now, our top shelf candidate, according to them, is Chan the Man, followed by two not-ready-for-primetime coordinators, Tenuta and Applewhite.

Yippeee!

Tenuta's pretty good. I wouldn't write him off as not ready for prime time.

Point taken. I just don't think he is in the direction that SMU should be looking, that's all.

This is why I never pay any attention to rivals, whether it is recruiting or caoching. They are great with the obvious, but guess like everyone else on the rest. They don't have a clue.

I don't think any national sports outlet or even the Dallas Morning News has a clue or even cares about our search. The darkness is easy to maintain when no one is telling and no one is asking.
