Settle Down, Chill Out

Postby Top 25 » Tue Dec 11, 2007 3:54 pm

I am a several-times-a-day reader and former poster. However, I forgot my handle and password some time ago, so I'm back after a long hiatus.

I've been reading the AD bashing over the last two days, and I would suggest that everyone take a long, deep breath. Stop with the handwringing and pot shots.

Have faith in Orsini...he's a pro's pro at this and is handling it the right way.

None of us is entitled to leaks, updates, or inside information as to the coaching search. If his plans get out, any deal is immediately compromised.

If you haven't noticed, Orsini has significantly elevated SMU in the eyes of the football watching public over the last couple of weeks, and the strong odds are that he will ring the bell with his hire.

So, just have patience...and a little faith.

I am just worried because I havent read any bashings of SO, which means exam week is really ruining my life right now.

However, don't bash Steve Orsini. We are all going to laugh at you when he announces our new coach and you haters are singing his praises. Welcome back, top 25

Big10PonyFan. Now there's a blast from the past! Notice how he went away around the time Ohio State was humiliated in the title game last year?
