I was believing that the quickest way to turn this around was to recruit some jucos. Now I think it is the only way out. Lets sign a QB, 2WR, DL, and OL from the Juco ranks and start the process of turning this around. 5, just give us 5!

Regardless of the policy in general. This is a critical year to recruit JUCOs as the sophmore class is small.

I think it is a little late to start recruiting impact Jucos for the 2004 season, unfortunately.

I don't understand the rediculous arguments.

WE CANNOT GET THEM INTO SCHOOL, PERIOD!!!!!

Therefore, we cannot recruit them (with a few exceptions).

This is akin to your accountant telling you that you are broke and then replying "Well, let's just go to the bank and get some more money".

Well, yes and no. But the analogy certainly is wrong. It isn't that we cannot get them into school; it is that the coaches CANNOT get them in BECAUSE the school WILL NOT let them in.

Well Bennett has stated that he is going to bring in a JC QB so we will see.

And, as I think OP posted some time ago, if we are going to bring in a QB why stop there?
