#2, right below big men...

DB's and safeties. We have RB's, we have WR's, we have LB's. What we need after Olinemen is a secondary, or maybe a great secondary coach. Seems like we have the talent. Jonas, KG, Price. We might need a little depth there. What do you all think?

We also need two D-Tackles at 300 lb's to stuff up the middle. We have quick but slightly small D-ends that would be effective if the middle took more o-line attention.

We need 8 to 12 BIG MEN this year with 2 or 3 coming from JC to help out next year.

Bus-

I think you have a good idea, JuCo's would be great. Bring in 3 JuCo linemen and maybe 1 or 2 athletes to help at the secondary, that would cause no harm.

Good thinking Bus, I just hope the coaches read this.

Bus-
Is Lute Croy going to be a senior? If so, you are right about getting two big d-tackles. He is the biggest we got. We lost Chase Schavrda, who was playing out of position at DL, and we have Warrie Birdwell who has looked pretty good but could be better if he put on some weight and Chris Post, who looks pretty good. You cannot blame Post and Birdwell for not being heavier, it is hard without a training table. We really need JD to get healthy, otherwise we do not have any depth at DL.

A great Dline has depth and size and they keep them rotating so they are fresh, that helps wear down the Oline, but we lack depth and size.

Two big ones on the Defensive side of the ball would be very nice. And no more of this playing out of position. Chase did great, but he should have been at DE all along.

Bus, couldn't agree with you more, but besides the size there is one more thing missing. Aggession! The only lineman who will fight his a-- off is McCarthy. I know i'm not the only person sick of not seeing any hostility out of our o-line.

Do I know you Texstang - if not I would like to invite you to the next tailgate party.

I did meet a red-shirt o-lineman over the holiday and my take is he is a fighter. He like the way he feels as he stands over someone he just plowed over. My kind of guy. BTW he weights 275 and will be a freshman. Could get bigger.
