Nothing to lose- a case for Coach Fran

We need to bring in a snake like Coach Fran. He would be a perfect fit here because at A&M they did not like him because he was "too business-like and stand-offish." Sounds like the SMU I know! He also loves money which makes him even more a good fit here.

Now, that said, with a guy like Coach Fran we would have a guy who is willing to do the shady-dirty work that comes with building a winning college football program. We have absolutely nothing to lose by going back to cheating again. The NCAA will not give anyone the death penalty ever again. Even if we do get some kind of crippling sanctions, who cares? What would happen? The school might simply dissolve the program that loses the most money for the school. We at least need to try because anyone who's anyone in college football eg Alabama, Ohio State and Oklahoma cheat but are good at it (I think it may involve something called "plausible deniability"). It's like the old saying goes- "If you ain't cheatin you ain't tryin."

In all we can't keep trying to build a so-called "clean winning program" because those NEVER, and I mean NEVER, come to fruition.
