Missed the article, but I was most impressed in his knowledge of the game.
Like PB, I'm sure he's forgotten more about FB than anybody else-- BUT, he's so old he had forgotten to zip his pants after halftime, & got caught in an ESPN moment!

Howard Schnellenberger is indeed a quality football coach.
Unfortunately, at the age of 73, he is no longer considered
a candidate in any of the recent coaching carousels. The
attendance at the New Orleans Bowl was somewhat reminiscent
of a Rice home football game.
