The problem with SMU fans and many on this board

I read many posts on this board since yesterday about TCU'S possible move to Mountain West Conference and Bennett's remarks about dropping them from our schedule if they do decide to move. This is the problem with most SMU fans and many on this board. Who cares what TCU does? I wish TCU the best in everything they do. They are a similar to SMU with similar circumstances. They made a commitment to winning after the demise of the SWC. SMU did not. I hope we beat them this year but if we do not I want TCU to make a BCS bowl. Most SMU fans and the posters on this board need to start focusing on SMU and quit worrying about what TCU or any other school is doing for that matter. Focus on yourself and improve what you are doing instead of whinning about others. TCU deserves its success. SMU does not deserve success due to a lack of commitment. Thank you and goodnight.

Night, night, Johnny. SMU's success does not depend upon TCU whatsoever. The best thing about the Frogs is the crowd they drew on Wednesday night for a televised home game. When SMU gets that kind of fan support, then it won't matter what anyone is doing.
