Houston has suffered through numerous championships and bowls-and let's not forget Hawaii with 35 Transfers including their two All-American candidates Brennan and Bess among many. What I find amusing is the trail of Pollyannas who have been fighting change at this school and defending SMU's academic standards and looking their noises down at the criminals in Austin, Norman etc now all seem to have a crush on June Jones. Where's the Moral Majority? Jones recruits some serious thugs and has a team full of academic questionmarks but the Cheerleaders seem to be ready to kiss his [deleted]. Amusing.

And yes, it took UTEP AN OVERTIME PERIOD WITH ALL OF THEIR JUCO'S AND TRANSFERS, to beat a bad 1 win SMU team. What did I say, that you don't agree with? Perhaps I've been living in a hole, but how in the world is UTEP scoring some decent players? UTEP is a commuter school on the edge of the state?! Who wants to play in that dust bowl?
