I was not but the good thing was I woke up at 12:15 having to use the bathroom which is the closest I have been to celebrating the new year at midnight in years.

But as an aside for the older guys on board, do have this checked. My bank's previous owner started the first Prostate Cancer Organization in the U.S. after learning he had cancer. It contributed to my father's death and is the major cause of cancer in males over 50. More men die from prostate cancer than women do of breast cancer. Get checked. It gives a whole new meaning to turning the other cheek. Actually a simple blood PSA test will suffice for most. No pain, all gain.

He admitted on the air the other night that he and Pete Delkus (weather guy) and Delkus' brother went out for NYE dinner (Pete bought dinner) and that they had - quote - 'several bottles of wine'! :lol:

Hansen will not attend the SMU news conference when the Mustangs' new coach is announced. WFAA will send either Riba or Trahan.

This is not true. He was at Moody for a Midnight Madness basketball game against TCU in the mid to late 90's. I was there and saw him.
