The part that worries me is Steinberg keeps speaking publicly, and every time he does it's a statement that is clearly meant to telegraph to Hawaii that Jones is serious about SMU, e.g.: (a) SO is very persuasive; and (b) the folks here couldn't be nicer.

LS doesn't say random things to the press because he likes to hear himself speak. Those are messages. To Hawaii.

What worries me about this is that Steinberg now says it's time because "the two schools need to know." Since when did Hawaii get back in the picture? According to JJ's closest friend, he has sent out a letter saying he is leaving. Is he now considering staying? I'm worried...

I had to pick them up in a borrowed, used, old, Plymouth Valient at SMU. It worked. The girls thought I was a rich SMU kid and was an retro kind of guy.
