Agreed, I think we need to be prepared to offer Fran the same contract and butter him up just a little given he is not our first or second choice it seems.....make his ego feel a little bit better.

Great question regarding the who has the larger budget, but there is no question the PDT budget dwarfs that of Hawaii's.....matter of fact, I know of one evening out where the night's spend alone is equivalent to the Hawaii budget.
