Yeah he is provided that he gets the waiver...he has one more year of eligibility left so needs the NCAA to allow him to transfer without sitting out a year.

He has applied for immediate eligibility based on Miami not offering his graduate degree program. If he does not get a waiver, he will go to a lower division. He only has one year of eligibility left and can not sit out a year or he is done.

Mrydel you sure about the Master's story? I understand that he was gonna get his MBA. Unofficially he was essentially cut from UM and told his scholarship would not be renewed....so I think he is begging the NCAA based on that.

I can only tell you what I read and I do not recall where. Regardless, he only has one year left and needs a waiver from the NCAA if he is to play at Baylor. He has said if he did not he would drop to a lower division school.
