I called SO's office and Rosemary answered. I asked for confirmation of 3 pm PC and if it was open and she said she had not received an email yet and couldn't confirm. Then, she paused and said she just received the email, it's at 3 in the Hall of Champions and certain areas should be open to the public and I could take my chances. I'll be there.
