CUSA vs SMU

Postby Mustangs35SMU » Mon Jan 07, 2008 3:06 pm

This past season...we lost 3 games in overtime and 5 games total by 6 points or less.

So with the parity that is in the Conference...how likely are we to win the CUSA next season (or even just win the West)?

If you want to talk conference parity, just wait until the stack of thank you notes from other CUSA coaches arrive in JJ's in box.

. . . sorry . . . I am just blinded by the sunshine! 8) 8)

But now I got my shades on . . . we are good!

I say 6 wins . . . those OT games and the last second crap (Tulsa & Rice) has to stop sometime!!!
Sports, and all that implies.

I would guess that USM is quite happy to have gotten Fedora's deal locked up at under $1M/year right about now. Todd Graham has probably already talked with the AD at Tulsa about a raise (or maybe he will leave and take 1.5/year from UH!!!) and O'Leary's agent is probably doing a jig, with thoughts of the next contract negotiations running through his head.
