He admittedly wasn't my first choice, but I will happily say that he is indeed a "wow" hire, and that for the first time in 20 years, I feel good about our chances.

However, unless you are some other longtime poster who has another board name, why don't you go pound sand. You don't have time enough here, newbie, to be telling the rest of us what we ought to do.
