never thought June Jones would be getting more than Mike Sherman at A&M...Did A&M know that June Jones might be available? AMAZED that SMU got June Jones...did it by being extremely aggressive (were agressive with Neuheisel, Kragthorpe, and Johnson)...

getting the ticket on board will do a lot for attendance...postive sentiment is a good thing.

Norm has always been on board, at least to a degree. He's a professional and conducts himself that way.
More important than getting him to say nice things is getting the afternoon idiots to stop mocking SMU. Those are the ones whose listeners follow them around like blind sheep and take their idiocy as gospel. Don't make them into cheerleaders for a team they never watch, but there has got to be a way something can be written into our contract with them that prohibits them from ripping SMU.
Thank god they have Norm over there, though.
Plagiarize!

(Only be sure always to call it, please .... "research.")

Those idiots said great things yesterday afternoon...and talked about how they will be at the games this year to watch the excitement.

Greg Williams' (note correct use of apostrophe ) departure should help the afternoon idiots to stop mocking as often. Success on the field should take care of the rest.

Absolutely true about the ticket. It will be key to get people interested to see D1 football, but who can't make it out of town to maybe see their favorite team in person. I think they have tried to market SMU football to these folks, but with such a poor product on the field, it's hard to sell it.
