It was a total Mexican experience complete with Montazuma's revenge after eating there. One of the favorite upperclass pranks was to tell freshman to go there on their first Sunday night and then watch them fight over who got the stalls in the bathroom. Or remember the Stables. If you didn't see a roach climbing on your table, you worried.
I ate regularly at Panchos and worked at the Stables. Loved em both!!

I would just like to reiterate that the memorial service for the fallen General should be held at Bone Daddy's.
i second this big time. omg in 3 years at smu, i've been to bone daddy's the most to eat, and watch my surroundings
The motion has been seconded, now who's with us?!?!?!?!?!?! Anyone up for a Ponyfans meet and greet type get together, to drink a toast to the fallen general, and salute our new leader (Long Live The Coach)? I would suggest perhaps after one of the basketball games next week, either Wednesday or Saturday.
If you havent been to Bone Daddy's before, just show up. You'll thank me later.
Coach Jones, if you're reading this (and we all know you are) you're welcome to come, to. You'll thank me, later.

Ok, so that's 3 for Bone Daddy's, now we need to set the date. I propose 1 week from tonight, after the mens basketball game with Houston. Saturday after the Tulsa game would also be doable, but that is a UFC ppv night, and it will probably be packed to the walls, might be hard to find a seat. What say ye?

Dang I was just craving some of that awesome grub. I can taste it now. Spicey as Hades but worth the $5.95 price tag. I'd love to get the recipe. Loads of sauce, garlic, broccoli, rice, and oh yeah chicken. My mouth stung for an hour after. Probably stank up Bridwell and Selecman Hall pretty bad too...
Can't believe they've shut. I ate there about once/week.
I ain't bovvered about La Madeleine so much. Overpriced and underportioned. Reminds me too much of the UK (where I now hang the sheepskin).
Up the Ponies!

Didn't General Joe's have good Madarin Chicken? It was big $$$$ to spend for the poor student but it did hit the spot.
