I remember Dr. Death from the San Diego Chargers Newsgroup! I lived in Southern California when JJ was with the Chargers. I am a far bigger UH fan than I was a Charger fan, so I was happy when JJ went to UH!

To our Warrier friends out on the Islands, thanks for all your kind remarks
in light of JJ coming to SMU. For me I was pulling for the Warriers in the Sugar Bowl and think you all were just getting warmed up good by the 4th quarter. I think you would have won if you could played a little while longer. I will watch your progress this fall and wish the best for UH.
