Traditional SMU red helmets were worn during most of the 'real' glory
days, especially during the Doak Walker / Matty Bell days and the Jerry
LeVias / Hayden Fry days are the newest old helmet color we can
choose.
Go with cardinal red, unless you want the silver ones like
Ohio St.
You don't like the white helmets because they are too much like UT, but you want the red helmets which everyone these days associates with Arkansas?
If we wear those everyone in the country under 60 will think we are ripping off Arkansas.
