Probably right. He only has two years left and I would imagine he wants to go somewhere he is almost assured of being the man.
Now that I think about it, didn't I read one of the UH fans posts that said they had an heir apparent to Brennan ready for next year. Can't think of his name right off.

Right. Just can't figure out what the deal is with Craft. Really thought he would be enrolled by now. Not being available for Spring practice will be hard for him to overcome.
hopefully its not the traditional 'I'd lose half my academic credits and have to be redisgnated a second semester freshman academically". Trying to read between the lines of Mrs. Bell's comments about her son too about how K-State was the best alternative for him to get his degree. Hopefully she just meant that k-State offers easier classes. Remember his father said SMU hadn't offered not too long ago.

I just really find it hard to believe that JJ would agree to come here if those things had not been remedied. It has been one of the biggest stumbling blocks we have had here all these years.

Actually, there's talk among some insider types that JuneJ might sign TWO JUCO QBs in addition to Bo Levi Mitchell. Not sure yet who the other is, but the guy who has been targeted is committed elsewhere and our coaches are going after him hard. If we get him, I'm told, he starts out as by far the highest-rated QB on the team.
The idea that Willis was "terrible" is hilarious. In addition to the info Stallion cited (i.e. putting up 50-plus against Memphis, etc.), he had the CAREER touchdown passes record halfway through his sophomore year and has the two best years in school history for TD passes already. I'll take that kind of "terrible" every day. Yes, he had some fumbles, etc., but damn, the man is productive.
sorry Jacob Bower-and I confirmed he did sign a letter of intent with Tulsa. BTW a search of all JUCO QBs on the Rivals database that Hawaii was interested in revealed only Craft and Bower-multiple sources in Hawaii confirmed those were the two scheduled to visit Hawaii.
Good to know (re: Bower). Like I said, I don't know a name. All I know is the guy is supposed to be huge, described to me as being built like Bledsoe and having a bazooka arm, but with better wheels to counter the lesser experience, etc.
I'll keep asking around.

Greg Alexander from Santa Rosa seems to be the only top rated JC QB not spoken for that I can find. 6'5" 240
