Bob's is very delicious, but I like Al Biernats tastiness slightly more...but you can't go wrong either way.

Will someone post the list? Some of us are too cheap to pay for RIVALS. Thanks.

the list is basically the last 16 names on threads in the recruiting board starting about 2:30 this afternoon. There are threads on everyone on the list we know about.

Tried Al Biernat's a couple years ago, and I gotta say, I'm not a big fan. I have had better steaks at Capital Grille, Nick & Sam's and III Forks. Been meaning to try Bob's, but haven't been just yet. Heard it's delicious.
Oh, and I know I mentioned Lawry's early with the Cotton Bowl thing, and for those who haven't been there, it's really not that good.

Lawry's isn't bad for lunch. You can get a smaller version that doesn't fill you up too much.

One of the names on that list of guys who visited this weekend is Bryce Lunday.
There was TALK of accelerating his visit to this weekend, but he will not be here until next weekend.
It also says he's a running back. He was recruited, and has committed, to play slot WR.

Interesting, the 3 times I've been there, they've all been scrumptious. Capital Grille is a tasty restaurant as well. I want to try Nick & Sam's and III Forks.

I'll try it again, if you're buying.

N&S: best part is the scenery in the bar. Hard to beat. The food is great, too, but I prefer the steaks at Bob's. The seafood, however, is awesome at N&S.
III Forks: Honestly, only been twice. IMHO, overrated. Not bad, out of town guests loved it, but Bob's beat it if you're in it for the steak.

How did this turn into a STEAK WARS thread?
For what it's worth, I was told we had more than the 20 listed elsewhere  I was told 24 or 25 recruits were on campus this weekend.

You do not need a subscription to Rivals to see the committment list. Just go to SMU and click on "committments" under the recruiting section.

Perry's is by far the best steak in Dallas.
What we obtain too cheap.. we esteem too lightly. It is persistence alone that gives everything its value.
