Bit of a history question, but didn't craig james punt when he was a mustang? I just seem to recall morstead's numbers being compared to james'

still would like to see LBs.....hey, has anybody heard if we're recruiting that LB from Southlake...#35....I was talking to a prominent HS coach today and asked him who the best defensive player in the area is.....And, he said the LB from Southlake...#35....is the best football player he's seen.

Don't know his name or even if he's a senior.

Victor Jones is the main target now from Richland, TX Richland HS. 6'1" 219lbs 4.5 40.

sorry...I don't want to say who the coach is--I didn't tell him I was going to "publicize" what he said. He didn't know the kid's name....just #35 from Southlake....said he watched them play a lot in the playoffs since his team played before or after them a lot at Texas Stadium.

Derek Tomlin is the #35 kid from Southlake who plays LB. 6'0'200lbs 4.5 40.

James averaged about 44 yards per punt and about half the height of Morstead. He was pretty damn good at getting the ball to roll as a directional kicker.
