That's interesting. Pretty fun to have the son of SEC royalty come play at SMU.

I think it will all balance out. We have not heard from LB Victor Jones or S Chris Banjo yet. Plus JJ probably has some studs coming in this weekend that we have not heard about.

Spoke to soon. S Chris Banjo and LB Zach Line just committed to SMU. I guess we are getting some players on defense.

Interestingly enough, 9 of Hawaii's 11 commits are on defense.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

I guess my point is that I'd like to see some affirmative help on D. You know, defensive players who are recruited as such. I hope he has some up his sleeve, or it'll be another long year. Let's not forget we've seen a reasonably exciting offense for the last couple of years not get us very far.

very true, the defense will have to step up this year to get us to more than 3-4 wins.... or is that too "sunshine"?

Of course we 1. Do not yet have a DC, and 2. We need immediate help. Maybe we are waiting to get the DC on board and then go after some JUCO help to go with the newbies.

Hypothetically speaking, we could hire Glanville as DC and he could bring with him any defensive player he wants.

I saw that Odiari had 5.5 rating by Rivals, but I could not find anything on Robiskie. Does anyone know if he had a ranking and when he came out?

I thought Andrew Ellison was a TE? Are we planning on moving him to LB? What am I missing?

1. He was.
2. They are.
3. Nothing, you seem to have a handle on it.
