More Proof that Willis will be a great QB in 2008 and 2009
End of the day, started watching the "Great American Hero" (Zac Sledge) highlights on Youtube:

Not only are they highlights for Sledge, but they also show the type of throws and reads Willis can make. Fumbling and mental errors got him a few times last year. Not making excuses, he didn't have his best year. I would imagine being behind and feeling the pressure of having to do it alone can lead to forcing things. I think we all could see the frustration he had.
Under JJ, I can see some of those mistakes get ironed out from the system as well as the play calling. Willis looked pretty impressive on some of these throws and made Sledge look even better.
I say hope for the future is bright. Teach the kid how to read defenses within the scheme of a Run and Shoot. We all know he has the smarts.
Guys (and Gals), he has all the tools and abilities. Remember all of the stories we heard about him bugging Burns to death and asking for the playbook right after he signed? He is a student of the game and a certifiable "Gym Rat".
He will succeed. Hopefully this will stop the "convert him into a WR" talk until Spring Ball (probably not).

God....you know it's gonna be sooooo difficult for Justin.
His impluse is always to run...
I bet ever since pop-warner he has taken over games and
basically said "oh hell everybody's covered... I can do
it...I'll just run for it"
I hope he can make the transition....because I think Justin is
a great athlete and just a born winner type of guy.
But sometimes a guy is so engrained, these kind of changes
don't work because the player has to start thinking too much
as opposed to acting on instinct as they always had done before.
I hope #16 is our guy and can do it the way June wants it done!
We'll see what happens.
