"SMU has now also gotten a commitment from Deyon McElroy, a three-star defensive back from Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) Community College. He had previously commited to Hawaii in the spring. McElroy had been recruited by Wyoming and Syracuse as well. More to come"

Most of us heard about how good coach Reinebold could recruit. Has come through with this one. Rivals.com described him as an ace recruiter. Keep them coming coach!

i think two years because on ESPN it says he had 6 interceptions and 20 pass breakups in 2006...
