The DMN reported that TCU "suffered a humbling loss to Murray (Ky.) State, 73-67, Wednesday at nearly emply Daniel-Meyer" Would anyone expect 103.3 or 1310 to mention the lack of attendance on their respective stations? No. Yet the Hardline routinely rips SMU under similar circumstances. Does anyone know why?

Probably because Rhyner is a bitter old man who probably couldn't get into SMU when he was a zit faced high schooler back in the 30s and Williams is a TCU Homer from Crankville aka Boyd.

last time I checked, Murray State was undefeated and they are a regular post season participant. How is that loss "embarrasing"? And, the frogs drew 3,419 for an opponent only the more knowledgeable college hoops fan might have appreciated. SMU would have drawn our usual 1500.

I'm all for ripping the toads when it's justified, but that is reaching a little bit. Let's hope we beat App St (not a bad SoCon team) and that we draw at least 1500 to witness the event!

The DMN called it an "announced crowd of 3419" if you know what I mean. A friend of mine went to the game and said that the attendance was more like 1000.
