TGR got the name from a Simpson's episode when the teacher says That's great Ralph but our TGR does not kow how to spell.

Well my not knowing that should pretty much lock it up that I wasn't at the hospital helping out TGR.... I mean the docs would be like, "Why does this dude keep calling you That's Great Raplh???"
