Either way, Evan will go well alongside Elizee and Handy.
Evan is currently around the 285 range. Coach Jones hasn't not specified a preferred weight yet but I'm sure Evan will be more than happy to gain a few pounds.

Correct, being in California we are two hours behind. Evans school has a big signing ceremony that started at noon our time which is about the time of JJ's PC. We faxed over the signed NLI at about 2:00 pm pacific time. But here's a picture of Evan at the signing ceremony looking quite serious.
where did he get that hat?
While we were in Dallas on the official visit we could not find a hat big enough for Evans head. I had to have that one made so that he would have something for the signing ceremony. Hope there's a helmet that will fit

He could probably just wear that little wrestling helmet.

He will have a GREAT time at SMU as it really is a special school. Just remind him that he needs to show up to class and make his GRADES!

Great to have it official now with Evan as a Mustang. We look forward to seeing you guys in Dallas this fall.
I am not sure if I read how Evan did this past weekend in wrestling. I know you mentioned he won Friday night, but I thought he had another match/tourney on Saturday.

Believe me, we remind him every day. Fortunately Evan is attending a very regimented college prep private high school so there should be no problem with him showing up and making the grades. Also Evan has a healthy respect for polynesian discipline....you might want to ask Coach Jones how that works

Looks like Rival's info is WAY off as they list him at 330 lbs. Rivals also lists him at 6'1". Is that his real height or is he shorter than that as some other services have indicates ProudMama?

Thanks Big Hoss, we look forward to meeting all of you as well.
Evan did not wrestle this past weekend. He will advance to CIF in a two day event next weekend. If he prevails he will go on to the Masters and then State. Wish him luck, it would be a great way to end his high school athletic career.
