"It’s hard to overstate how impressive SMU has been on the recruiting trail since the ACC announced the Mustangs would be joining the league”

Hopefully this gentleman will be a very good addition to the staff ... I am however, concerned that we appear to be doing another fruitbasket turnover with many of the coaches taking on new areas to coach. It's kind of like last season with the constant changing of player's positions. How can we get any consistency in performance and execution with the on going changes?
SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.
PK has a valid point. This spring marks the first full year the new offensive staff is here and we are still doing moving around. I don't think these movements of recent will make to much of an effect, but it needs to stop. And if Cavan does not make it to 2002 then this team will not have had one consistent staff for more than a year.
