Killen and Roberts on Ch. 8

George Reba did a nice little piece on these two at 6:00. Hopefully, it'll be shown again at 10:00.

Great piece on Killen and Robert's...mostly on Killen. He said the proudest moment at SMU was being the recipient of the Myers Brothers Award. How about that. Not being player of the week in C-USA, but something that has to do a lot with academics. What a CLASS guy. Coach Doh basically ends the interview with a shout out to all business' that if they want to be successful, they should hire John Killen.

Couldn't agree more (except to point out that there's no H in "Jon"...) Great guys, both of them.

Good luck to both, and thanks for you years of work in Mustang Nation!

Ooops....sorry 'bout that. My bad, I knew there was not an H in Jon Killens name. I was wrapped up in the story.

surprised no one mentioned Dale's lead into the story...can't remember word for word, but he was wrapping up a talk about UT (i think) and said "They're a good basketball team. Now to Smu, they're a bad basketball team, but they have some smart athletes".

Now I am not arguing with anyone that we are a good team.....but why slap someone in the face before you do a piece on them. Didn't tick me off, just think he could have used another lead in

Hansen and Henson...........

That remark came from Dale Hansen, a bad sportscaster. He is also a petty, fat human being who cannot control his emotions or his appetitie.
