Having the full band really made a difference at the game last night, I hope that they do that at every game for the rest of the year.

That was more than the full band.

And I am tired of you "we need to get that XXXX look" people. We need to get that SMU look and not have a lame-ass Duke coattails look. Meanwhile, we don't need to change to look more like anybody.

I've always thought they need to be in coat and tie or some other formal-esque outfit to match the uniform theme from football season.

My family sat pretty close to the band & we had a great time watching & listening to them. All the HS kids mixed in were having alot of fun too.
They are a great band & brought alot of life to the overall Moody atmosphere.

I really hope that someday we can see a packed Moody again.
What a great place/atmosphere for a college basketball game & the band is a big part of it.

Ahhhh, the good ol days when the Mustang Band sat on risers, wore coat and tie and actually performed a halftime show at basketball games. All this has been replaced with pee wee basketball games. But don't change the pee wee games, I always need a good nap at halftime.
Just send 'da money.

Correction, the old Mustang Band stood on risers. For the whole game.

Outstanding job by the Mustang Band and guests at the Rice game. We got there pretty early and experienced a terrific concert - lots of music. I like the big band Big Band concept. We were especially entertained by 2 high schoolers on cymbals (in the upper section). They looked like they were DISDers auditioning for the Grambling Band - they were hilarious with their "get-down" routines - and definitely NOT Mustang Band material
