JJ announced this at the Morgan campaign kickoff but asked that it not be made public since they were still working on the contract. A fantastic hire.

Do we really need a defense?

How did JJ get this guy to un-retire and coach full time? And for a college team? He probably made more money doing his motivational seminars.

Can JJ cook or what?

Its all in the ti leaves when it comes to kalua pig.

Its probably too late this year, but I think SMU will be in the hunt for some top return and kicking specialists next season. Who would turn down playing ST under a legend like Gantz. With his pro connections and expertise, recruiting the best kickers and returners should be a piece of cake. Easily the #1 ST in C-USA. Wow!!!

It will be interesting to see what Henderson does on returns and if new recruit B. J. Lee gets to return a few. We have an NFL type kicker.
