its really doesn't matter now because the recruiting dead periods start tonite and last through the National Championship game.

Actually, if I remember correctly, Coach Bennett said he was hoping to make an offer by this weekend. There was no assurance that he'd have a guy in place by this weekend. I would think that if he makes an offer that's declined, he might still wait until the coaches' convention in New Orleans.

I guess we will have to wait for a few more days ( New Year, New Coach, New Offence or O-fence )
