Just wanted to mention what a terrific story you guys did on the homepage on the new JUCO quarterback. The best part was when he talked about the competition between himself and the other quarterbacks. So many players act as if they're owed a certain position or role within the team -- Romo cites the importance of competition and sounds as if he's already a "team first" kind of guy -- without have enrolled yet.
"It's 106 miles to Chicago, we've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses."

I like how we have a few Qbs now. Competion between them *without gettin it takin to far* Is gonna be good. Go Stangs!

Real good story on Romo Part Deux. Sounds like we might have quite a battle in the spring! As Romo says, competition makes everyone practice harder and play better. Good job by the coaches getting two QBs, if only to push Phillips & co.
