Let's make it up with two spring games. Instead of a Red-Blue Game, we can have a Red Game and a Blue game. Open 'vard for each, of course....

The NCAA allows so many days for spring ball. Why waste one of those days when the weather is crummy? The schedule is design to flex with weather. Coaches and players want the best possible practice sessions. Nobody needs some macho man Us vs. weather contest at this point. We are putting in a new offense and defense. We need peak practices. Practice in the best weather and get maximum benefit from each limited practice.
Or, is this a divine way of making sure that JW doesn't get too far behind?

I think they're still doing stuff indoors today though. PB would have practice in almost any type of weather except lightning..but I'm not complaining !

This thread needs to go bye bye now.....That Lightning comment is one of the lowest blows ever typed on this board, which is saying something, and is very upsetting....Someone please edit or delete this thread.

I seriously doubt that was a jab at his personal loss. Probably just stating that no one practices or plays if there's visible lighting.
Ok this is getting ridiculous...I agree with Dutch on THIS ONE POST by him totally

Nobody practices in lightening - I think you guys are looking a bit too closely at his comments.*
*this comment not intended to be a low blow at anyone with bad eyesight who might be offended by "looking closely".

no way that was a low blow... it is the truth. rain, snow, sleet never hurt anyone. PB made the team practice hard and any all types of weather, but from his own personal experience he never put any of us at risk (we NEVER practiced in lighting or EXTREME heat)
