has said it, other than in the game post, which a lot of people don't read.

Gongratualtions on a great win against UTEP.

All through that game I kept saying, here we go, we are going to lose it now.

Then the 3 pointer to tie at the buzzer and again I said, that's it, we are going to lose this one on a freak shot.

Then the Mustangs went down 5 in the first overtime and I again said, that's it, we have lost yet another one.

Then my Mustangs took the lead late in the 2nd overtime and I said, what is going to happen now to lose this?

THEN WE WIN!!!! GREAT GAME PONIES AND A GREAT WIN!!!!!!

Congratulations indeed. All of the people who insist that Coach Doherty can't coach or that the players have no heart need to submit some kind of official retraction forms. They're freshmen, and they're going to be wildly inconsistent and make boneheaded mistakes and lose a lot of games, but wins like this and the UCF game show that the talent - while still very raw - is there.

Congratulations to Coach Doherty and his entire staff, and to the players. From Killen and his 33 points down to the last guy on the end of the bench who works his tail off in practice, every one of you guys contributed to this win, and we, as PonyFans, thank you. Keep it up.

Well said Scoops but I wouldn't hold my breath on the retractions. A lot goes into winning a game and for some to say that only a few contributed to it is ridiculous. Great game guys. You all showed a lot of character. You could have folded after that 3 fell at the end of regulation.
