I am hoping some of the "locals" can give an update on spring practice. I know it is still early but I would like to hear some Pony followers thoughts and observations.

You are going to have better luck getting info on Spring Break. I think they are off until the 17th. They only got a couple of days of work in due to weather and then break until next week.

flight just got in today from Acapulco guys. Everyone was playing football on the beach in a Run & Shoot style offense. We played sun burned guys vs tan guys. Then we played the drunk guys vs the really drunk guys. Life is good. SB 2K8 is better.

How strange to practice for one week and then take a week off before resuming. Does any other school follow that format?

SMU has split spring practice around spring break before - last year and/or the year before, at least.

Hopefully, the players will spend a little time studying the new playbook and thinking about what they can do to improve the team. Some of them might even think about doing a little studying (JWill).
GO PONIES!!!!

Anyone have the schedule for this week? Times and dates they will practice?
